12/07/05 - We've got everything you need

Apparently I lied in my last news post where I said this site wouldn't update anymore. You'll be pleased to know the site has been spiffed up to reflect The Girls' now-defunct state, and has been packed with new content. Over in Disco(graphy) you can now see the complete album art for our two albums. And over in Media you can download more new songs, as well as grab the entirety of our album Seraphim & Saccharine. In addition, we've relicensed all our materiel under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which basically gives you the ability to do whatever you like with it as long as it retains the information that we made it. 08/26/05 - That's All, Folks!

For people just visiting the site, or those few who still check it from time to time, I just wanted to let you know - The Girls are no more. We really haven't been playing for a long time, and now the original members have started to scatter across the country, graduation day having come and gone. Like a mastodon trapped in a glacier, this site will remain as long as I can keep it here, but don't expect anything new. However, we do still have a stock of t-shirts and CDs that we're selling for super-discount, if you'd like one. Posted by Ben
